This document is a recruitment notice for male nursing students for permanent positions at Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital (SJGH). Training will be conducted at the National Nursing College, Kandy. Key Eligibility Requirements Educational: Must have passed 3 subjects in G.C.E. (A/L) (Bio, Math, or Agriculture) and 6 subjects in G.C.E. (O/L) with 4 credits including English, Math, Science, and Language. Age: Between 18 and 25 years as of 18.01.2026. Physical: Minimum height of 5 feet; must be unmarried. Monthly Allowances Year 1: Rs. 41,317 Year 2: Rs. 43,730 Year 3: Rs. 46,310 Important Conditions Selected candidates must serve SJGH for at least 10 years post-training. Breaking the agreement requires a Rs. 300,000 penalty plus training costs. Deadline: Applications must reach the Director of SJGH by February 2, 2026.
