SriSales LK is a classified advertising platform. Sellers, employers and service providers publish listings, and buyers and job seekers contact them directly using the phone number on the listing.

We are not a shop, a marketplace intermediary, an escrow service or a courier. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing anywhere on this website. Every transaction happens directly between the advertiser and the person who contacts them, entirely at their own risk.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• One person or business, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.
• Keep your contact details accurate — buyers rely on them.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

You keep ownership of what you post. By publishing a listing you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute it on SriSales LK and in promotional material for the platform, for as long as the listing is live.

You are responsible for your listing

You confirm that you have the right to sell or advertise what you post, that your description is accurate, and that the listing complies with Sri Lankan law. Advertisers, not SriSales LK, are responsible for their listings.

Review and approval

Listings from unverified accounts are reviewed before they appear publicly. Verified sellers publish immediately. We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, particularly where it appears to breach these terms.

• Anything illegal in Sri Lanka, including stolen goods, weapons, drugs and counterfeit items.
• Wildlife, protected species or their products.
• Adult content, escort services, or anything sexual in nature.
• Medicines, medical devices or health claims requiring a licence you do not hold.
• Financial schemes, pyramid or matrix schemes, or offers of guaranteed returns.
• Job adverts that require an up-front payment from the applicant.
• Someone else's photographs, text or intellectual property.
• Another person's personal data, published without their consent.
• Misleading prices, fake listings, or duplicate posts of the same item.

We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of every advertiser, or the condition of any item. The verified badge means we have checked a seller’s contact details — it is not a guarantee of their goods, their service or their conduct.

Any dispute arising from a deal is between you and the other party. We are not obliged to mediate, refund or compensate, because we are not part of the transaction.

Advertisers may arrange to have a listing promoted, which pins it above other results and marks it “Sponsored”. Promotion is agreed directly with our team; no payment is taken through this website. Promotion affects placement only — it is not an endorsement and it does not change how these terms apply to the listing.

We display advertising from Google AdSense and Adsterra to keep the platform free. Those adverts are served by third parties, and what they contain is not chosen or endorsed by us. You control the advertising cookies they may use through our cookie settings.

We aim to keep SriSales LK available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss or a listing not appearing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, SriSales LK and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a transaction between users, a listing’s content, or reliance on information published on the platform.

If a listing infringes your rights, is fraudulent, or breaks these terms, email srisaleslk@gmail.com with the listing link and what is wrong with it. We review reports and remove listings where appropriate.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use SriSales LK after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
