Sri Lanka’s noticeboard
SriSales LK exists so that anyone in Sri Lanka — a farmer in Batticaloa, a graduate looking for their first job, a shop in Colombo — can reach the whole island without paying an agency or building a website.

What we stand for
Island-wide, in your language
Listings in English, Tamil and Sinhala, from Jaffna to Matara. The platform does not favour one region or one language.
Direct contact, no middleman
Buyers reach sellers by phone or WhatsApp. We take no commission and add no fees, because we are not part of the deal.
Verification that means something
The blue tick is granted only after our team checks a seller's contact details. It is not for sale.
Free to post, honestly funded
Listings are free. The platform is paid for by advertising and optional promoted placements, which are always labelled.
How it works
- 1
Post your ad
Sign in with Google, add photos and a description, and publish. It costs nothing.
- 2
We review it
New sellers are checked before going live. Verified sellers publish instantly.
- 3
Buyers call you
Your number is on the listing. You agree the price and hand over the item yourself.
One thing worth being clear about: SriSales LK is an advertising platform, not a shop. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing anywhere on this site. Every deal happens directly between the two people involved — which is why our terms ask you to inspect before you pay.
What people post
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to post on SriSales LK?
Yes. Posting a listing — a product, job vacancy, property or service — is free and stays free. There is no fee to publish, no commission on a sale, and no charge to contact a seller. The platform is funded by advertising and optional paid promotion, which is always labelled.
Does SriSales LK handle payment or delivery?
No. This is an advertising platform, not a shop — there is no cart, checkout or payment processing anywhere on the site. Every deal happens directly between the buyer and the seller, who agree the price and arrange delivery or pickup themselves.
What does the blue verification tick mean?
It means the seller's contact details were checked by the SriSales LK team before the tick was granted. It is not a paid badge and cannot be bought. Buyers should still inspect an item before paying, since verification does not guarantee any individual listing.
Which areas of Sri Lanka does the platform cover?
All 25 districts, from Jaffna to Matara. Listings can be filtered by district, and there is no extra charge or restriction for posting outside Colombo.
How do I contact a seller on SriSales LK?
Each listing shows the seller's phone number or WhatsApp. Buyers contact sellers directly — there is no in-app chat or hidden contact fee.
What can I list or search for?
Products, job vacancies, real estate, vehicles, electronics, services and more — over thirty categories in total, covering both individual sellers and businesses across Sri Lanka.
